Your sponsorship package is designed to compliment your existing marketing mix allowing you to generate over eight months of international publicity and gain direct access to top decision makers within the global freight and logistics community.


  • Editorial: A regular programme of announcements and will feature on the Lloyd’s Loading List website leading up to the event in 2017.
  • Advertising: Advertising: Logo recognition will feature on all scheduled print advertising within Lloyd’s Loading List, Containerisation International and Lloyd’s List’s The Intelligence. In addition sponsors’ logos will appear on marketing materials designed to promote entries at Breakbulk Europe and Multimodal 2017 trade shows.
  • Online: The Global Freight Awards website will include your logo, hyperlink and 100 word profile. The website is the point of call for the audience to view category descriptions and award nomination criteria, online nomination facilities, table booking forms, venue information and regular awards news updates, so this is a great form of visibility prior to the event.
  • Campaigns: Sponsors logos will also appear on all targeted email campaigns that will run from March – November 2017.

Each sponsor will be entitled to the following on the evening:

  • Signposted meeting table at the pre-dinner drinks reception.
  • You will be allocated a table of ten places in a preferential position at the awards ceremony. As a sponsor you will also be offered a discount on extra tables if required.
  • Logo exposure on video screens at regular intervals during the event.
  • Your company name will be engraved on your category trophy.
  • A nominated senior executive from your company will be invited onto the stage to announce and greet the winner of the sponsored category.
  • Your company name and logo will be featured on signage and AV in the banqueting room.
  • Your company logo will be featured in the official Awards Programme as well as the guest list which are distributed to all guests on the evening.
